Christopher Robert Evans is an American actor from the United States. He began his acting career by playing in TV series such as Opposite Sexual. After appearances in a variety of teen films, including 2001's Not Another Teen Movie he was noticed for his performance of the Marvel Comics character the Human Torch in 2005's Fantastic Four and its sequel Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer (2007). Evans was in a variety of films based on graphic novels and comics such as TMNT (2007) Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (2009) as well as Snowpiercer (2013). He played Steve Rogers as Captain America is featured in Captain America: The Winter Soldier in the Marvel Cinematic Universe films Captain America: The First Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014 in 2015,), Captain America: Civil War (2016) and Avengers: Infinity War (2018) in addition to Endgame 2019 brought him greater recognition.
