Michael Keaton was an American actor, producer and director best known as the star of Birdman. Being a multi-faceted actor, he is able to perform comedy and dramatic characters. In his career, he has performed a range of romantic roles and also was a part of action-thrillers. When he was still in his teens He began developing an interest in both acting as well as performing. As young, he began to try stand-up humor. It was not a successful comedy career, but it opened the door to pursue an acting career. Unable to find success as a comic, he took up a job as cameraman for a TV cable station. It was while working there that he realized that the way he wanted to work was on camera.
